    Conflict check

A brief description of the parties and jurisdiction confirms there is no conflict and that the matter is within scope.

    Scope and engagement

Written engagement terms, retainer and deadlines. Services are fee-paid in advance with a minimum retainer.

Systematic review of reports, media, dispatch records and discovery, with a written list of items still to be obtained.

  4. 04

    Opinion and report

Findings stated against policy, training and generally accepted practice — including findings that do not help the retaining party.

  5. 05

    Deposition and trial

Preparation of counsel, exhibit support, and clear testimony that a jury can follow.
